Why all three (3) charged?? Only drivers are responsible for control of a vehicle, and the passenger is just that, along for the ride. As far as the other guy, racing is dangerouse on the street and even more so while drunk, put supercars into the mix and forget about it, but how can the other guy be a killer? I really liked Mask, although I didn’t know him, he went out in a blaze, if someone else is to blame for this death I hope they get to the bottom of it–but I really doubt it. And who said the girl was driving…no way. And I’m prety sure Mask would not want some other idiot(s) to take the fall for him…may he rest in peace. PS I visited the site the next morning and the skid marks are that of a very highspeed spin that originate just after a downward turns apex….Hmmm
